Responsibilities:
• Generating new enquiries and customers for AxisValence product range through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, Visits etc.).
• Ensure to retain existing customers and add new customers.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable product solutions or services.
• Negotiate terms of sales and contracts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and share best practices.
• Attend new leads and enquiries.
• Achieving assigned annual sales target.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using CRM software.
• Ensure submission of planner, SRM, customer, competitors and market update reports on time.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• To execute any task/work allotted to him by the reporting officer.
