College or university degree preferably in Human Resources, Social Sciences or Business Administration
Experience in delivering HR Administration and Data Management services in an HR Shared Services/ Operations environment.
Working knowledge in processing benefits for India such as but not limited to health and medical insurance, life insurance, health check-up related benefits is an advantage.
Enthusiastic to extend knowledge in HR service management both in terms of business trends and technology trends that influence the area
Ability to function autonomously, as well as work in an onsite as well as remote team environment
Fluent in English
